When you place an order
When you place an order with Circus Circus, our system will automatically send you an order overview by email.
A binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you by email when the order is dispatched.

 

Cancellation of order 
Orders that have not yet been dispatched from Circus Circus can be cancelled by contacting Circus Circus by phone on 26796284 or info@circuscircus.dk.

 

Prices 
All prices stated are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to make changes due to tax changes, pricing and correction errors, etc. 

Payment
Payment for ordered goods must be made online using PayPal or Nets.

 

The PayPal address must match the shipping address in the order. This is for security reasons and is a requirement from PayPal. If they do not match, we will contact you and find a solution.

This information is transmitted encrypted between the customer and Circus Circus. 

 

When paying with Nets, you have the option to pay by credit card and MobilePay.

Circus Circus reserves the right to make changes due to any tax changes, pricing and correction errors, technical errors, sold-out goods and force majeure, including industrial action and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
